MTI clarifies its FT article on cabinet re-structuring

MTI has clarified the following with regard to its article titled ‘MTI proposes cabinet restructuring based on first-principles’ in the Daily FT on 10 August 2020 and a previous version in 2015.

“The subject article is an entirely independent article, researched, conceptualised and developed entirely by MTI, as part of MTI’s Thought Leadership initiatives. It was not a work commissioned by or undertaken for any client, and hence MTI was free to publish same, and did in fact do so. MTI has NOT met, presented or discussed the content of the subject article with any government or political entities or officials, at any time whatsoever.  I too have not, personally, presented this article to the Government nor ever held any government or political party positions. We have always been and will continue to be staunchly independent of political parties and politics, a policy we value and are very proud of,” said MTI Consulting CEO Hilmy Cader.
