Mobitel, Sri Lanka’s National Mobile Service Provider, is partnering with Samsung, the number one smartphone brand in Sri Lanka, to offer customers an exciting opportunity to enjoy a special data and voice bundle for those purchasing the Samsung Note 10, 10+ and the Galaxy A80. Existing Mobitel post-paid or prepaid customers can enjoy 4GB monthly data free for 12 months from the date of activation (which has to fall before 31st December 2019) to browse and view their favourite shows and movies on the selected Samsung devices purchased from any Mobitel or Samsung dealer outlets. New customers can activate a new SIM card from Mobitel main branches, SLT Teleshops, Singer Mega outlets and authorised Mobitel Dealers island-wide. After inserting the SIM into the respective Samsung device and after the 1st reload in the case of new pre-paid connections, the customer needs to dial #256# on the phone to activate the free data offer.

Customers will receive an SMS confirmation upon activation and can then proceed to enjoy this exciting offer of free data from Mobitel on their Galaxy Note10 and 10+, or A80. This bundle offer is only valid for Mobitel customers (existing and new, prepaid and post-paid Mobitel customers) with a 4G SIM and will be provided in addition to the current data package subscribed by the customer, excluding Mobitel MASTER Unlimited Data Packages. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10, 10+ and A80 can be purchased from both online and offline channels, through selected authorised partners at select locations.
