The award also coincides with Nawaloka’s latest milestone in the successful completion of 500 kidney transplant surgeries, which was also achieved this year. The hospital was instrumental in pioneering Kidney Transplant Surgeries in Sri Lanka with a team of medical professionals versatile in Nephrology treatment. As authenticated by the Health Ministry, Nawaloka Hospital has been instrumental in performing 542 Kidney Transplants to date from 2012-June 2024. Furthermore, Nawaloka Hospitals has come a long way in delivering tertiary healthcare services tailored to meet individual patient care needs.
