New director at Emerchemie NB

In consequence to the retirement of Ruud van Anraat as an Independent Director, Emerchemie NB Ceylon Ltd., has appointed President’s Counsel Anura Meddegoda to its Board.

Following the appointment the Board of Directors comprises Chairman Nimal Dias-Jayasinha, M. Prathaban, Hasintha Alahakoon, Dr. Janaka Weeratunga, Manisha Dias-Jayasinha, Nelun Dias-Jayasinha and Anura Meddegoda .
