Global Bookkeeping Solutions Ltd. (GBS) Managing Director Niluka Jayasinghe has been recognised with two distinguished awards at the 2024 Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce (WCIC) Prathibhabhisheka Women Entrepreneur Awards.
Jayasinghe secured ‘Most Outstanding Export-Oriented Woman Entrepreneur’ and was also celebrated as the winner of the Bronze Award in the Medium Category.
The accolades were presented at a grand ceremony held at Hilton Colombo, with Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya attending the event as Chief Guest. US Ambassador Julie Chung also graced the occasion as Guest of Honour.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of women entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions to the economy through their innovative and sustainable business practices.
