PIM trains officers of tri-forces

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), as the nation’s management mentor, extended its services recently to the tri-forces in conducting a tailored program on leadership and management. 30 senior officers representing the tri-forces; army, navy and air force, actively participated in this program.

Realising the importance and the strategic role it is destined to play in contributing to the country’s current and future socio-economic development; office of the Chief of Defence Staff has chosen to tread on a continued path of training to attune senior officers from tri-forces for strategic readiness in leadership and management roles. The Executive Development Programme (EDP) designed by the PIM is expected to assist them in becoming more efficient and effective in discharging their duties. The participants amply displayed their highly disciplined behaviour by their punctuality and eagerness to study the new trends in management and leadership.
