PM visits Trinity Steel plant at Katunayake

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe visited the Trinity Steel Ltd. factory at the Katunayake Free Trade Zone yesterday. The Prime Minister said the Government would step up development and investors from Singapore, India and China would soon come to Sri Lanka to start up projects here. Trinity Steel Sri Lanka Chairman Tilak De Zoysa and Managing Director Arun Miranda accompanied the Prime Minister. The plant which commenced recently manufactures specialised steel products such as engineered fasteners, concrete accessories, coated wire and others catering industrial and construction sectors.
