Prime’s Premalal new President of Condominium Development Association

Prime Group Chairman Brahmanage Premalal has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Condominium Developers Association – Sri Lanka (CDASL) for the year of 2021/2022.

CDASL is an affiliate of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. Premalal succeeds Suresh Rajendra of John Keells Group.

Premalal thanked the outgoing Chairman Rajendra for excellent stewardship amidst challenging times for the industry.

Commenting on the future, the new Chairman said CDASL, within the next three months, will relook at changes needed to the Condominium Act and to initiate joint promotions outside Sri Lanka which would give Sri Lanka more mileage in international markets and draw much needed foreign investment.
