Ranil Pathirana

Ranil Pathirana has joined the Board of Access Engineering PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Pathirana has extensive experience in finance and management in the financial, apparel, and energy sectors. He currently serves as the Group Director of the Hirdaramani Group of Companies and its Holdings companies, namely Hirdaramani Apparel Holdings Ltd., Hirdaramani Investment Holdings Ltd., and Hirdaramani Leisure Holdings Ltd. He is also the Managing Director for Hirdaramani International Exports Ltd., and the Managing Director of the Apparel Sector Executive Committee.

Pathirana serves as a Non-Executive Director of several listed entities, namely WindForce PLC, Hemas Holdings PLC, BPPL Holdings PLC, Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, Odel PLC, and Ceylon Hotels Corporation PLC.

Pathirana is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (FCMA – UK) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
