Ranil de Silva joins Hayleys Leisure Board

Ranil de Silva

Industry veteran Ranil de Silva has been appointed to the Board of Hayleys Leisure PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Ranil served as the Joint Managing Director of Aitken Spence Hotel Management Ltd. and as the Managing Director of Hemas Hotel Sector and has wide experience locally and overseas in diverse industries.

He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of the Management Accountants UK, Associate Member of the CA Sri Lanka and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He is also an Independent non-executive Director of Singer Finance PLC and Central Industries PLC.

With the latest appointment the Board of Hayleys Leisure PLC comprises of Chairman Mohan Pandithage, Managing Director R.J. Karunarajah, S. Senaratne, S.H. Amarasekera, R.N. Ponnambalam, K.D.D. Perera, S.J. Wijesinghe, W.D. De Costa, A.A.K. Amarasinghe, S.C. Ganegoda and R. De Silva.
