Registrar of Companies reopens for limited hours

The Registrar of Companies has reopened for a limited period of hours from this week onwards, the Department said in a short statement yesterday.

The Department of Registrar of Companies has taken steps to provide limited essential services to the general public from Monday. The Shroff Counter will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. after considering the requirements of the public.

Further, it is informed that the public counters will be opened only to perform the limited essential services under limited number of staff deployed, as per the rules and regulations imposed by the health authorities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
