SLT-Mobitel provides Piripun Property Holdings’ commercial building with advanced ICT solutions

SLT-Mobitel, the national ICT, telecommunication and mobile services provider and leader in digital transformation, signed a strategic agreement with Piripun Property Holdings Ltd. recently, to provide advanced communications solutions for its new commercial building.

Piripun Property Holdings Ltd. is engaged in the business of construction and leasing for commercial purposes. SLT-Mobitel has agreed to provide ultra-fast broadband connectivity through SLT-Mobitel Fibre technology to the new commercial building consisting of 11 office floors in Colombo 3, being constructed by Piripun Property Holdings. 

The agreement was signed recently by SLT Chief Executive Officer Kiththi Perera and Piripun Holdings Ltd. Director T.M. Punsiri Tennakoon, in the presence of other representatives from both the companies.

Piripun Holdings Ltd. Director T.M. Punsiri Tennakoon commented on the partnership, “We recognise SLT-Mobitel as the national ICT and telecommunications services provider and the leader in their field, able to provide superior connectivity, and advanced and seamless network availability. Our tenants will seek to maximise efficiency and productivity and our strategic agreement with SLT-Mobitel provides the pinnacle of intelligent ICT solutions.”  SLT CEO Kiththi Perera gave his comments, “We are pleased to enter into a strategic agreement with Piripun Property Holdings to provide state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure and telecommunications solutions for their new commercial building. Advanced ICT infrastructure will be able to leverage technologies to pave the way for creating a seamless experience for building occupants. Access to broadband via SLT-Mobitel Fibre, with speed up to 100 Mbps will create efficiencies for tenants, addressing the needs of a modern workforce. SLT-Mobitel, will also lay the foundation to ensure Piripun Property Holdings’ commercial building is a smart building with environment where people feel comfortable and excited to work and the workplace becomes as dynamic and adaptable catering to modern tenants’ needs.
