Sampath Bank yesterday announced a final dividend of Rs. 9.35 per
voting share. This is higher by Rs. 3.50 or 60% from the Rs. 5.85 final dividend paid in 2023. The dividend proposed is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for 28 March and payment is on 23 April.
