Samsung announces ‘Samsung Carnival – ‘Avurudu Wasi’ with exciting offers

Samsung, Sri Lanka’s most beloved consumer electronics brand, announced its annual ‘Samsung Carnival – Avurudu Wasi’ campaign, where customers can ring in the Avurudu season with amazing discounts and payment schemes on a variety of Samsung products. 

This year, customers can get up to 30% cash discounts and warranty offers on TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines and microwave ovens from 17 February to 15 April. Customers can also visit the One Galle Face Atrium Samsung Carnival Stall between 1 March and 15 April to avail these offers and participate in digitalised Avurudu Games.

Samsung Sri Lanka Managing Director Kevin SungSu You shared a few words about the demand for Samsung TVs and refrigerators. “This season, due to the prevailing pandemic, consumers are looking to create experiences right at the comfort of their homes. They want to buy bigger TVs that offer better cinematic viewing experiences. It is also evident that consumers have reduced the frequency of shopping to practice social distancing. Therefore they are keen on purchasing refrigerators with larger storage spaces to store more food and to maintain their freshness for the whole family to enjoy. The ‘Samsung Carnival – Avurudu  Wasi’ promotion is aimed at creating that much needed experience by these consumer offerings as we enter the New Year.”

During this period, customers can avail cash back offers, discounts when purchasing Samsung global No. 1 TVs and other products. Some of the products on offer are: Crystal 4K UHD TVs, FHD and HD Smart TVs, one and double door invertor, side by side, yogurt maestro and five in one convertible refrigerators, and digital invertor and non-invertor air conditioners.

The QLED TV range consists of game changing ultra-premium entertainment systems that are packed with features like Infinity Screens, Adaptive Picture, Active Voice Amplifier, Q-Symphony, Object Tracking Sound and more.

The Samsung Crystal 4K UHD TV offers unique features that are distinctive through integration, consumption and interaction. Along with these discounts and offers, customers will also get a three-year warranty and free after sales in-home service for each purchase.

Customers can get up to 8% cash back on double door invertor refrigerator models, and 20% cash back on single door refrigerators. Additionally, consumers can get up to 6% cash back on Side by Side and five in one convertible refrigerator models. 

Samsung Spacemax Side-by-Side Refrigerators are also available on offers. Its unique SpaceMax technology enables the walls to be much thinner and use minimal amount of high-efficiency insulation. Its spacious interior creates more storage space to store food without increasing the external dimensions. 

Additionally the Yogurt Maestro range of refrigerators are designed to revolutionise the conventional use of a refrigerator which goes beyond food preservation and preparation.
