Seminar on incorporating anti-corruption policies to corporates

By 1 October all listed companies are mandated by the listing rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) to have its policies described which includes anti-corruption policies disclosed and published on its website.

Companies must adhere to these regulations by implementing internal controls, conducting audits, providing anti-corruption training and establishing transparent reporting structures. Compliance is crucial to avoid legal, financial, and reputational consequences, promote ethical business practices, and foster a culture of integrity within organisations.
