Senthilverl halves Printcare stake to 12%

High net worth investor Dr. T. Senthilverl has reduced his stake in Printcare PLC by 11.17% last week from 23% as at June.

The sell down of 9.6 million shares was via Senthilverl Holdings Ltd. at prices ranging from a low of Rs. 35.10 and a high of Rs. 40 per share. The biggest block of 9.5 million shares was sold at Rs. 33 each in a deal worth Rs. 313.5 million whilst a parcel of 30,000 shares was sold at Rs. 40 each. 

Printcare share closed yesterday at Rs. 40.90, up 90 cents or (2.25%) from the previous day.

Tea industry icon Merrilll J. Fernando controlled MJF Holdings own 27% stake in Printcare whilst K.R. Ravindran holds 21% stake.
