(Singapore): Consulites (Consultants of Consulus) from 16 countries gathered at its headquarters in Singapore for its annual five-day Consulus Global School and elected Shiraz Latiff as Chairman for 2018-2019, effective 21 June – the day when the firm was founded 14 years ago.
Shiraz currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Consulus Lanka, a full-fledged partner firm in the Consulus Global Network since November 2017 and Director/CEO of Hummingbird International, an exclusive Organizational Design Consultancy based out of Colombo.
Under his new role as Chairman of Consulus Global Network, he is expected to convene consolidate the growth and expansion of Consulus Global Network along with the global offices of Consulites, preside over constitutional and governance guidance and act as another spokesman for Consulus.
“It is my pleasure to get the opportunity to lead the family of Consulites in Unity and Purpose in our year of consolidation. We have established our footprints in 14 cities of the world. Now we are resolving together to continue our good work with more passion and rigor to shape a better world with purpose-driven business and cities,” said Shiraz Latiff.
Shiraz joined the global network of Consulus in 2013 as the Director/CEO of Hummingbird International, an Organisational Design Consultancy based out of Colombo. On January 2013, the partnership was officially sealed before a select group of business leaders who gathered at the historic Galadari Hotel in Colombo. Last year, Hummingbird International, which served as a representative of Consulus, launched Consulus Lanka Ltd. as a fully-fledged partner firm of Consulus Global Network based out of Singapore.
