Sri Lanka, India to resume ETCA talks

Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickrama, who was on an official visit to India recently, held talks with India’s Minister of Commerce Piyush Goyal. Minister Samarawickrama and Piyush Goyal had very cordial discussions on bilateral trade issues and recommencement of ETCA negotiations. Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner to India Austin Fernando too took part in this discussions.
