Sri Lanka Retail Forum 2021 to host panel discussion on overcoming the challenges from the pandemic

The final session at the upcoming Sri Lanka Retailers Forum 2021 will be an experience sharing panel discussion on how brick and motor stores and digital businesses have adapted to disruption brought about by the pandemic. 

The session will also discuss on the way forward for the industry and how businesses in retail Sri Lanka can be best prepared to meet the challenges (pandemic and non-pandemic) and leverage on emerging opportunities.  

The expert panelists will comprise of leading CEOs in today’s retail arena such as John Keells Holdings President Retail and Jaykay Marketing Services Ltd. CEO Charitha Subasinghe, Hameedia Group Managing Director/CEO Fouzal Hameed, Who We Are, Embark and Otara Foundation Founder Otara Gunewardene, Singer Sri Lanka PLC CEO Mahesh Wijewardene and PickMe and Digital Mobility Solutions Ltd. Founder and CEO Jiffry Zulfer. The session will be moderated by LAUGFS Group Non-Executive Director and Sri Lanka Retailers’ Association President Murali Prakash.
