SriLankan Airlines has made arrangements for all ticketing related matters to be handled from SriLankan Airlines ticket offices and passenger services offices across the country, for the convenience of its valued customers and taking into consideration the current situation in the country.

SriLankan Airlines wishes to inform valued customers to contact Global Contact Centre which is 24 hours operational by dialling 1979 for all ticketing related queries.

Accordingly, ticketing related matters can be taken care of by SriLankan Airlines offices in Kandy and Galle, and passenger services agency offices in Batticaloa, Gampaha, Hambantota, Jaffna, Kurunegala, Vavuniya and Wennappuwa.
