Timothy Speldewinde appointed to The Kingsbury Board

Timothy Speldewinde has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of The Kingsbury PLC.

Speldewinde is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. 

He was the former CEO of Stretchline Holdings headquartered in Hong Kong, with manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka and overseas. He possesses wide experience in managing local as well as international facilities and has been an integral member of the MAS Group for over 26 years.  Speldewinde currently serves on the Board of MAS Holdings Ltd. as a Non-Executive Director, is also a Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Wealth Trust Securities Ltd., and a Director of Contemporary Ceylon Ltd.

With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of The Kingsbury comprises of Chairman Mohan Pandithage, Managing Director Rohan Karr, N.J. De S. Deva Aditya, S.C. Ganegoda, S.J. Wijesinghe, R.N. Ponnambalam, J.P.V. Twest, I. Jamaldeen, and T.A.B. Spledewinde.
