There are many possibilities of hot air applications with Leister hot air blowers and air heaters
Tradefirst Ltd., the authorised distributor in Sri Lanka for Leister, which is the global leader in the field of plastic welding and industrial hot air applications, recently supplied a large number of Leister hot air blowers to Ansell Lanka for their glove manufacturing facility at Biyagama.
Ansell Lanka, which holds the global market-leading position in the manufacturing of single and multi-use hand protection products for industrial and medical applications, approached the Leister agent in Sri Lanka seeking a pre-heating hot air solution for their glove manufacturing process at Biyagama, as Ansell always maintains the appropriate and most innovative state-of-the-art equipment with sustainable manufacturing practices.
Leister’s sales team from Tradefirst, led by Nafais Naziar, carried out a successful demonstration at Ansell factory at Biyagama, with Leister hot air blowers named ‘Hotwind System’ to meet client’s need. As the technical experts of Ansell were fully satisfied with the hot air solution demonstrated by the Tradefirst team, Ansell Lanka purchased a large number of Leister Hotwind Systems to be fixed onto their production line in order to generate a pre-heating system for labelling process.
Generating hot air using LPG or boiler system for industrial manufacturing processes is not the safe and accepted norm though some industries in Sri Lanka are using it as easy and cheap methods. Leister hot air blowers and air-heaters are the only specialised devices in the world which could be used continuously for longer period efficiently and effectively without any interruption, for a wide range of hot air applications such as heating, curing, melting, shrinking, deflasing, welding, sterilising, drying and warming.
For 70 years, Leister has been the worldwide leader when it comes to plastic welding industry and industrial hot air applications. While having its head office in Switzerland, today, Leister Technologies AG, operates with a worldwide established network of 130 sales and service centres in more than 100 countries.
