Union Assurance hosts industry’s first blog competition in recognition of Life Insurance Awareness Month

Union Assurance PLC, has launched an industry-first blog competition, ‘BLOG IT’ on 1 September, in recognition of Life Insurance Awareness month falling in September. 

All fervent writers are encouraged to submit their entries for BLOG IT via https://lnkd.in/gxFCcH2R by 25 September. 

Winners of the competition will be rewarded with gifts worth Rs. 180,000 along with the opportunity to have their work published on the Union Assurance website and social media.

Union Assurance is committed to insuring lives and empowering people to achieve their dreams. BLOG IT is an extension of this purpose. 

The novel competition has been designed to encourage talent in Sri Lanka to express their views on ‘The Importance of Life Insurance’ via an essay, poem, or story. Winners will be selected based on the quality and creativity of their submissions, upon review from an independent academic professional.

This year, Union Assurance is proud to launch BLOG IT – a competition providing a platform for our talented writers to share their thoughts on this.

 BLOG IT and many other initiatives have been planned by the company during this Life Insurance Awareness month to accomplish this purpose.
