Webinar on handling personal stress of employees and customers

The Chamber Academy of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a webinar with licensed psychologist George F. Rhoades Jr. Ph.D, on how to handle personal stress, and the stress of employees, customers, and clients in a time of natural disaster.

Whether teams are working remotely or practicing social distancing in the office, overall productivity and engagement could dip. As uncertainty is ongoing, employees and clients may experience fear about the future.

Dr. Rhodes is a licensed psychologist with the Hawaii Licensed Psychotherapists; member of the American Psychological Association. He is the Founder and Director of the Ola Hou Clinic; International Author and Speaker; Chair of ISSTDWorld; Director of Alert, Trauma Counseling; Executive Director, Roads to Hope.

Roads to Hope was created in April 2010 as a non-profit humanitarian organisation to help remove the physical, emotional and spiritual barriers of trauma around the world. Dr. George F. Rhoades, Jr. has been involved in international trauma counselling trainings beginning in 1991 in South Korea. Today, Roads to Hope continues to build relationship with the over 26 countries served and will respond to future disasters as needed.
