Yet another all-time record price for Delta Estate

An all-time record price of Rs. 1,440 per kg for a BPI grade in the CTC Medium Grown category was achieved by Delta Estate at the tea auction held on 9 November, surpassing their previous record price of Rs. 1,420 per kg for the same grade achieved at the auction held on 26 October.

This line of tea was purchased by Stassen Exports Ltd. on behalf of Beta Tea.

Delta Estate comes under the purview of Pussellawa Plantations Ltd., which is part of the Damro Group, and this line of tea was marketed and sold by broker John Keells PLC.
