Abans Plc in a statement said yesterday that its Board of Directors was restructured for effective governance and streamlining of operations.
“Abans PLC resizes its Board for effective board governance and streamlining operations. The board now comprises Aban Pestonjee – Chairperson, Behman Pestonjee – Managing Director, Rusi Pestonjee – Director, Saroshi Dubash – Director, H. Embuldeniya – Independent Non-Executive Director and S.J. De S. Wijeyeratne – Independent Non-Executive Director,” the statement from Abans Plc said.
