ACL goes for share sub division

ACL Cables (ACL) yesterday announced that it’s Board of Directors resolved to increase the number of shares by way of a sub division whereby one (1) ordinary share will be subdivided into two (2) ordinary shares.

Consequently, the number of shares currently in issue will increase from 60 million to 120 million.
