Aitken Spence plantERM powers Elpitiya Plantations

A high-performance Enterprise Resource Manager (ERM) for the plantations sector developed by Aitken Spence Technologies called plantERM has been successfully implemented at Elpitiya Plantations PLC, covering its head office, and over a dozen tea, rubber and palm oil estates and factories.  The plantERM technology is designed, developed and implemented by Aitken Spence Technologies to suit the requirements and standard practices of the strategically important industry. “The enterprise resources management (ERM) solution by Aitken Spence Technologies is the first truly web-based and centralised system in Sri Lanka with both operational and financial modules integrated to cater to multi-location, multi-crop requirements with seamless integration for consolidation. We are thrilled that plantERM has been received exceptionally well by our client, Elpitiya Plantations. The development process of plantERM engaged industry experts and consultants with considerable experience in research and development. Developed through open source technologies, plantERM seamlessly integrates operational and finance modules to work as one single solution. plantERM is a web-based solution that requires minimum bandwidth for data communication and posses a secure administration module to control access and monitor activities. “We are delighted to have partnered with Aitken Spence Technologies to introduce an ERM solution to Elpitiya Plantations.
