All-time record price for Abbotsleigh Estate

Abbotsleigh Estate, selling under garden mark Florence and situated in the Hatton region, has achieved an all-time record price at the weekly tea auction of 31 August by securing an attractive price of Rs. 600 for a PF1 grade in the CTC High Grown category.

This line was purchased by Uniworld Teas Ltd. Abbotsleigh estate is managed by Watawala Plantations PLC and the sale was conducted by tea broker John Keells PLC.
