Amãna Bank sponsors National Agribusiness and Farmer Awards 2013

Amãna Bank has partnered with the National Agribusiness Council to sponsor the 8th edition of the National Agribusiness and Farmer Awards 2013. The awards ceremony which is in recognition of the performance and contribution by the formal business sector towards the development of agribusiness in Sri Lanka will be held on 25 August 2013 at the BMICH under the patronage of the Minster of Agriculture Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana. Speaking on this sponsorship Amãna Bank’s Managing Director/CEO Faizal Salieh said: “The bank is delighted to be associated with the National Agribusiness Council in this endeavour, as the bank has been a strong supporter of companies involved in the agribusiness industry and is working together with the National Agribusiness Council to increase its support to the country’s agricultural sector.
