AMW’s Suzuki Maruti revs up Rajagiriya service centre with new processes and technology

Associated Motorways (Private) Limited’s flagship automotive brand Suzuki Maruti announced a 24 hour service turnaround time and enhanced customer facilities at its workshop and service complex in Rajagiriya. Suzuki Maruti, one of the leading automotive brands in Sri Lanka undertook broad measures to advance its service complex process and technology in further enhancing customer experience.  

Speaking on the enhanced service offering Suzuki and Maruti General Manager Virann De Zoysa said: “Delivering high service standards for all customers amidst the volumes of Suzuki Maruti automobiles entering the service complex daily is a monumental challenge. True to AMW’s after sales delivery benchmark, Suzuki Maruti focuses on not only maintaining but enhancing our service quality this year. As a result, we are now able to offer a service appointment within 24 hours.”

An express service is offered to reduce customer waiting times significantly, as a team of 10 trained technicians will work on an individual car to ensure each component is carefully serviced and completed to quality.

Among the many International processes and standards introduced at the workshop and service complex in Rajagiriya are Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Quality Circles and SAP.

Comprehensive training of technical staff, has further contributed towards the complex’s enhanced serving offering and standards. Customers can now be exposed to experiencing personalized care and quality, with very visit.
