Anura Wijepala appointed new Chairman at CEB

Anura Wijepala has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) yesterday. He served as the Deputy Chairman in 2010-2012. He is equipped with local and foreign private sector experience in the field and has worked as the Chairman of the Institute of NERD in the years 2013-2014. He is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa. Nihal Wickramasuriya was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the CEB. He has 35 years of work experience as an engineer, Deputy General Director and Additional General Director on the Board.
