Asian Hotels and Properties records PBT of Rs. 2.32 b

Asian Hotels and Properties PLC recorded recurring Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 2.32 billion for the financial year 2014/15, excluding the fair value gains on investment property. This was a decrease of 16% over the recurring PBT of Rs. 2.78 billion recorded in the previous year. 



The recurring profit attributable to equity holders of the parent of Rs. 1.74 billion represented a decrease of 18% over the Rs.2.13 billion recorded in the previous financial year. 

Group revenue for the financial year 2014/15 was Rs. 8.08 billion, this being a marginal decrease of 2% over the Rs. 8.26 billion recorded in the previous financial year.
