Awareness program on how to implement ISO 9001: 2015 without documentation

An awareness program on how to implement ISO 9001: 2015 without documentation was conducted by Swiss Advantage Systems Ltd. on 8 July at OZO Colombo. This is the second consecutive program conducted for the benefit of all organisations seeking transition to the new 2015 version. During the training Swiss Advantage Managing Director Malik Perera explained why the requirement for having quality manuals have been excluded from the international standard and practically demonstrated how organisations can vastly improve productivity by implementing paperless quality management systems.
