Baurs’ sister company visits Sri Lanka

A Delegation from Baurs’ sister company Baur Asia Pte. Ltd. Singapore and Thailand visited the facilities of A. Baur & Co. Pvt. Ltd. Sri Lanka on a familiarisation trip.

In a programme conducted by Prof. Low Siew Thiam on growth of business in emerging economies it was clearly shown how much Baurs with a regional strategy and presence can contribute. With Sri Lanka becoming an attractive business partner after the end of its ethnic conflict, many foreign institutions are looking at Sri Lanka.

Baurs has been in Sri Lanka for 115 years and belongs to its sister company - the Foundation Alfred & Eugénie Baur which is engaged in social activities.
