BBDO opens in Sri Lanka

BBDO Worldwide announced today that it has officially opened its first stand-alone agency in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  The office will be headed up by Managing Director, Santosh Menon and opens its doors with clients Fonterra, P&G and Rize.

BBDO has been operating in the region for the past five years in partnership with TAL.

Santosh Menon is an accomplished advertising professional with a proven track record across multiple geographies, clients and brands. He has worked in India, Sri Lanka and in Indonesia, where he was General Manager at DraftFCB, Indonesia.

He started his advertising career in 1991 in Leo Burnett, Mumbai and had stints at JWT and CONTRACT, Mumbai. He had a long and distinguished tenure at FCB,India culminating in his taking over as GM, DraftFCB, Indonesia.

He has been instrumental in the many advertising successes of Fonterra in Sri Lanka
