Blue Ocean Group of companies partners Otis for upcoming developments

Blue Ocean Group of Companies has selected Otis to be the exclusive elevator solutions provider for its upcoming and future real estate projects.

The deal engages Aitken Spence Elevators, the local representation for Otis in Sri Lanka to install and maintain the elevators. Otis, the world’s largest manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products, is a unit of United Technologies Corp which was founded more than 160 years ago and offers products and services through its companies in more than 200 countries.
