Bobcat partners with Walkers Equipment in Sri Lanka

Walkers Equipment Ltd. which commenced operation in early 2015 has been appointed as an Authorised Distributor for Bobcat in Sri Lanka. 

Walkers Equipment markets the complete Bobcat product portfolio in Sri Lanka ranging from skid-steer loaders, track loaders and compact excavators to telescopic handlers and utility vehicles. The renowned Bobcat brand is synonymous with durability and dependability and this has earned Bobcat the nickname ‘One Tough Animal’.

Ebert & Sons Holdings Ltd. was the first customer for Bobcat compact excavators in Sri Lanka and Edward and Christie Ltd. a long standing and well established C1 grade contractor in Sri Lanka was the first customer for Bobcat skid-steer loaders marketed by Walkers. A noteworthy achievement for Walkers Equipment and Bobcat is that in 2015 Walkers Equipment introduced and secured market leadership for the Bobcat mini wheel excavator to Sri Lanka.

Walkers Equipment is geared to offer Bobcat customers maintenance and repair services for all Bobcat products at any location in Sri Lanka. Walkers Equipment operates a state-of-the-art after-sales service premises at Sapugaskanda and also numerous mobile service workshops.
