The Browns Agriculture and Battery Dealer convention, one of the most glittering events in the Browns calendar to recognise and

reward the top performers of Browns TAFE and Browns EXIDE was held at Waters Edge recently. The occasion was graced by Brown & Company PLC Chairman Ishara Nanayakkara. Brown & Company PLC is enriched and strengthened with its customers, dealers, employees, local and international principals, public and private organisations that provide support services as well as the suppliers. Browns strongly believe that these are the pillars that make this conglomerate a strong trusted entity and the market leader that boasts about few of the most respected brand names in the country. To signify the importance of those pillars, Browns chose “You are our most valued strength” as the theme of the Browns Dealer Convention. The sun, representing both industries, became the symbol of the event with four colour themes representing customers, dealers, employees and the suppliers. Dealers of Browns Agriculture and Battery SBUs were commemorated for their outstanding performance while Browns employees were rewarded for maintaining excellent relationships with the dealer network and strengthening the sales process. The EXIDE Racing Team which works tirelessly to bring the EXIDE brand name to the public was also lauded at this graceful event.
