The Southern Province branch of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka held a one day refresher course to introduce new trends and refresh the skills of beauticians in the Matara district.
60 enterprising beauticians attended the refresher course conducted by well known beautician Manel Kotuwegoda last Tuesday. The participants were reminded of the dos and don’ts and new trends in makeup and bridal dressing.
CBSL Southern Province Manager Upali Hettiarachchi who has done much to promote Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs in the south, presented certificates of participation to the beauticians.
