Certis Lanka receives Arch of Europe Award for Quality and Technology

Certis Lanka Security Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. was privileged to receive the prestigious Arch of Europe Gold Award for Quality and Technology at the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D) International Arch of Europe Convention and presentation of the 2012 International Quality Awards held on 30 April 2012 in Frankfurt Intercontinental Convention Hall.

The B.I.D. Quality Award is presented in recognition of those companies or organisations in different countries throughout the world that further their reputation and position by implementing and promoting quality culture.

The B.I.D. quality symbol is present in 178 countries around the world, creating a firm ground for the implementation of integral quality processes through the technology and procedures of the QC 100 model of total Quality Management.

According to President and CEO of B.I.D. Jose E. Prieto, “The awarded companies are symbols of commitment to leadership, technology and innovation, making them models for others in their sectors.”

The companies from Europe, America, Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East received the B.I.D. International Quality Award in recognition of their achievements in spreading quality culture.

For those companies that have already been certified with the ISO 9000, winning the B.I.D. International Quality Award means expanding strategies for quality management by receiving the QC100, the B.I.D. Total Quality Management model, created as an innovative tool for Directors of Quality. Certis Lanka Security Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., incorporated in 1977, is a joint venture with Certis CISCO Security Pte. Ltd. of Singapore which is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings, the financial arm of the Singapore Government. It offers professional security solutions and sets the standard for manpower security.
