Ceylon Pencil bags Sector Winner Award at National Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Awards

Ceylon Pencil Company Ltd, better known as Atlas, which promotes creativity and innovation through greater quality to the satisfaction of its customers, won the award for the Best Occupational Safety and Health provider in the Large-Scale Manufacturing Sector, at the National Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Awards 2016.

The competition was organised by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Trade Union Relations.

Commenting on this landmark achievement, Atlas CEO Hamza Muhammad dedicated the award to all the company’s employees, who have extended invaluable support across multiple spheres including the design and implementation phases and the control of the health and safety policies of the company.
