Ceylon Tobacco picks IIHRM teaming tools

SUBSIDIARY of BAT/British American Tobacco – popularly known as CTC/Ceylon Tobacco Company – picked Intercontinental Institute of Human Resource Management (IIHRM) – the one-stop HR consultancy and training nucleus incorporated in Sri Lanka with consulting/training operations and experience in four continents – to support and enhance self-awareness and teaming fitment of the top management using IIHRM diagnostic tools.

IIHRM is the business partner in Sri Lanka for SHL, the world’s largest human test battery and psychometric test provider that enables Sri Lankan organisations to measure corporate capability in an objective manner – the technology is just a call away.
