Reckitt Benckiser Lanka Ltd., yesterday officially announced launch of Cherry Blossom in Sri Lanka.

The brand has a great heritage and was once endorsed by the legendary Charlie Chaplin.

Cherry Blossom is a terrific product. It has special oil for leather in addition to a blend of the finest waxes from across the world. No wonder, it’s a brand that is trusted across generations and would be now available in Sri Lanka in both wax and liquid forms. From left: Reckitt Benckiser Sales Director Sinclair Cruise, Chevron Lubricants Lanka Managing Director/CEO Kishu Gomes, Reckitt Benckiser Managing Director Rahul Murgai, Marketing Director Tanzim Rezwan, Senior Manager Surface Care Category Shenali Wickramaaratchi and Supply Chain Director Navin Seneviratne during the unveiling of the Cherry Blossom range yesterday - Pic by Daminda Harsha Perera

Speaking on the occasion Reckitt Benckiser Lanka Ltd.  Managing Director Rahul Murgai said, “The product gives a rich shine, nourishes the leather and protects the shoes from dirt and dust, which is ideal for tropical conditions.”

The consumers of Sri Lanka now have reason to smile as Cherry Blossom would keep shoes looking new for longer.

Reckitt Benckiser Marketing Director Tanzim Rezwan commented, “We are excited to bring Cherry Blossom to Sri Lanka and we are positive that the consumers across age groups such as children, office goers etc. will enjoy using the product everyday.”

“We studied the consumer usage patterns and looked at their needs closely. We felt there is a certain vacuum in the market and it would be great to bring in Cherry Blossom that should become a must stock item in all households. We invite the public to use Cherry Blossom and experience the difference,” added  Reckitt Benckiser Senior Manager Surface Care Category Shenali Wickramaaratchi.

Reckitt Benckiser is a Multi-national Company that is a leader in providing innovative solutions to consumers in the area of Health, Hygiene and Home.
