CMA meets with MIA Malaysia

CMA President Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala was invited by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) to attend the MIA international accountants’ conference held in Kuala Lampur Malaysia in December 2012.  

The theme of the conference was ‘Innovative society: sustaining business success’. During the conference a meeting was held with the MIA President Datuk Mohd Nasir Ahmad and officials of the institute to discuss on closer cooperation between the two bodies on educational, seminars and continuing professional development matters.
