Construction of Access Tower 2 in full swing

Superstructure construction using post tensioning technique, computerised energy saving, automated building management system, centralised water systems, rain water harvesting technologies, and car park management system are among the new technologies adopted in the construction of the development.

The structural works of the tower is currently in progress at the 16th level and the M & E and other works are being carried out in the completed levels. As the project site is located right in the middle of commercial environs, the entire project team is working in maximum capacity to ensure the project progresses and meets the scheduled completion with minimum interruptions to the city and the dwellers.
