“With the country’s processed foods industry growing at a rate of 15-20% year-on-year and the fish harvest increasing by around 100,000 metric tons over last year, the demand for cold rooms and storages is expected to rise considerably. This will in turn increase the demand for variable speed compressors, industrial refrigeration products, condensing units and controllers,” he pointed out.
This situation ties in perfectly well to our core area of expertise and the company sees a lot of potential for energy optimising solutions in Sri Lanka.
