expertise with the launch of its latest venture D.P. Jayasinghe Piling. “D.P. Jayasinghe Piling is not simply another piling company in the industry. Instead we offer a highly personalised service that delivers a complete solution to each of our clients. Furthermore, since year 2010 we have been undertaking construction work,” said Chairman/Managing Director Upali Jayasinghe. Accordingly D.P. Jayasinghe Piling sets a benchmark with technologically advanced equipment sourced from Sri Lanka’s market leader and German specialists in foundation engineering machinery, BAUER Maschinen Group. At present D.P. Jayasinghe Piling is armed with two units from BAUER and is intent on importing a third equipment unit in the near future. The specialised equipment affords capacities that range from 600 mm to 2000 mm in diameter. The company has been setup with a total investment of Rs. 750 million and is complete with a well-equipped workshop as well. On par with the specialist technology and innovation on offer is the company’s expert service personnel. “We recruit the best in the industry to ensure that we are able to deliver on all aspects required by clients,” added Jayasinghe. The group launched its newest venture D.P. Jayasinghe Piling Co. Ltd. on 3 December, 2013 at the Grand Ballroom, Waters Edge, Battaramulla under the auspices of Chief Guest Secretary to the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa. The launch saw the attendance of industry experts from top engineers to consultants and in particular structural engineers. The company’s new website www.dpjpiling.lk was also launched at the occasion. In line with the legacy of the group’s Founder Deshabandu D.P. Jayasinghe that spans over 50 years, D.P. Jayasinghe Piling sets a new industry standard in heavy machinery. Consequently the company’s capabilities afford feasibility and convenience, paving the way for upcoming projects in a burgeoning industry of Sri Lanka.
