Dept. of Immigration and Emigration receives international certification

The Department of Immigration and Emigration, Sri Lanka has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 international certification status from Sri Lanka Standards Institution. This certification indicates that the department has understood the requirements of the general public and works towards fulfilling them. Here Controller General Chulananda Perera obtains the certificate from Sri Lanka Standards Institution Deputy Director General T.G. Gamini Dharmawardana at the ceremony held recently. Deputy Controller Harsha Illukpitiya and Controller (Administration) K.G. Wijesiri are also present.
