Dilshan appointed to Laugfs Gas Board

Dilshan Perera has been appointed to the Board of Laugfs Gas Plc as an Executive Director and as Group Finance Director of Laugfs Group.

Perera comes with over 15 years of professional experience in various leadership roles with extensive experience in a broad spectrum of finance functions including treasury management, credit control and taxation.

Prior to joining Laugfs, he was the Director of a leading group of companies where he led the finance, commercial and IT functions and had a Board position. Perera has also served as the CFO of Hirdaramani Group and has held senior positions in a number of blue chip companies including John Keells Group and KPMG.

He holds a BSc in Business administration and is an Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant of the UK and is a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors.

With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Laugfs Gas Plc comprises of W. K. H. Wegapitiya (Chairman), Thilak i de Silva (Managing Director), H. A. Ariyaratne, P. M. Kumarasinghe, C. L. De Alwis, T. K. Bandaranayake, N. M. Prakash and A. R. D. Perera.
